ROCK SLAVE BEST TRICK TOUR

And the competition is now a show! Best Trick is a formula that places athletes at the centre of the competition, as setters and competitors. Four athletes set the route for their own boulder and then propose that route to their adversaries. This is a competition idea that began in 2009, at the Bside in Turin, with top-level athletes such as Jerome Mejer, Antoine Lamiche, Cody Roth, Gabriele Moroni and a very young Nicolo’ Ceria. In spite of its success, the competition formula was not taken up. In September 2015, on the occasion of the Finale For Nepal event, Rock Slave brought back the format, which received a great deal of interest from the public. This event led to the creation of the Best Trick Tour, a travelling show that has been all over Italy, showcasing the Rock Slave idea and brand on the circuit.
