I’m ready to go. Everything is in its place, my muscles are warmed up and my mind is free. Once again, the air enters my body, spreading its way through my nostrils and down into my lungs. My chest expands and I feel my heartbeat quicken at the back of my throat. I lift my last foot from the ground and while I try to go up, I inevitably immerse myself in a separate world
